• The Dragons' eruptions!
  Over the past few weeks, the Dragons have been making model volcanoes. Today, we erupted them to create our very own ring of fire.
• Year 5 - Tennis

  We have really enjoyed our reading buddy sessions this term.
• Fun sports festival
  Today, a selection of our Year 6 pupils visited Pilsley to take part in a fun sports festival.
• SILVER Award
  Congratulations to these children who were awarded their SILVER behaviour award today.
• GB athlete visit
  This morning, the children were informed about a sporting event that will happen at school on Friday 10th May. Laura Samuel, an international athlete, who specialises in the triple jump will be attending our school.
• Elephants Summer 1 topic overview
  The Summer 1 topic for Year 1 is 'Who lives in outer space?'
• Year 5 - DT and Science
  We have completed our roundabout projects!
• Forest School Friday 5th April
  David and Nicola from The Pottery in Alfreton came in to show us how to make pottery bird feeders.
• Year 1- waste week
  As part of waste week and as a follow up from Monday's assembly on plastic Year 1 watched a clip from 'Blue Planet' showing the dangers of plastic in our oceans.
