I would like to invite all parents to a phonics workshop alongside your child on Monday 10th October or Tuesday 11th October.
Thank you to those parents who attended the phonics workshop held on 11th September 2022 - I hope that you found it useful and that you feel more confident when supporting your child with their learning at home. If you were unable to attend, please look through the phonics power point under the ‘homework’ tab on the school website. I would now like to offer additional phonics workshops where you will be able to work with your child learning about a range of different phonics activities. All of the activities that you and your child will take part in can be easily replicated at home. The focus of these activities will be sound recognition and identifying initial sounds.
A letter will be sent home tomorrow with more detail. Please return the slip attached by Wednesday 28th September.
