We have been learning about continents and oceans in our topic sessions and today we rolled out the huge floor map and tested our continents knowledge. We then thought about where different countries might be and the continents they were in. After that we had pictures of different animals and discussed where they might live and where their natural habitats were. Some were quite tricky but we placed them all by lesson end. Our final question was 'Where would you most like to visit?' - year 2 pupils would like to travel all over the world for very different reasons. We would be packing quite different things in our suitcases!
