Summer 1 - Would you rather be a rich Tudor, or a poor Tudor?

I hope you are all having a lovely break! Please see below information about this half term. All information can also be found on our class page, including new timetable and details of all our learning for the new term.

Our main driver this half term will be learning about the Tudors, the differences between a rich and poor Tudor and Henry VIII and his family.

Homework

We will be having our reading treat the last week of this half term. The more reading your child does and quizzes they pass in school, the more time they will be given in our reward time. TTRS and spelling homework can be found online. Optional maths tasks will be given throughout this half term, I will send a message out when I have sent some home. They may not be every week, and will be optional to complete - there will be x3 merits for every piece completed :) 

Pre-learning task 

Our pre-learning task will be to create a Tudor family tree poster, showing who's who in the Tudor family (Henry VIII, who were his parents, who were his wives, and children!). This will be due on Friday 1st May. 

PE day - Thursday

This is now on a Thursday, please send your child in their PE kit every Thursday.
