Yesterday, the children helped make a scarecrow for our outdoor planting area. The children have done a fantastic job and after voting for the name, chose Mrs Bird! Please follow the link to see some pictures.
A reminder that on Thursday the 13th of June, we will be visiting Stonebroom allotment in small groups. Please can children come to school in their normal uniform as we will have our class photo before we go. Please can children bring in a bag of clothes that they can wear to the allotment. Please make sure these are clothes that can get wet or dirty as we will be planting and pond dipping. Wellies are advised or other suitable footwear for visiting an allotment. Please can all children have a waterproof coat and/or waterproof clothing provided to keep them dry if it rains. Please make sure clothing is labelled. Any questions, please ask one of the reception team.
