We have really enjoyed our Design and Technology unit this term! First we learnt about different ways to join materials. We experimented using glue, staples and safety pins. After we designed our own puppets, thinking about the animals we had learnt about during our Science topic. We then learnt how to join materials by sewing and put our skills to work by sewing our own puppets. Finally, we decorated our puppets, adding details to our animals.
