I hope that you're all having a wonderful summer!
Our big question for the first half term is 'What makes me, me?'
The first few weeks in school will be spent getting to know the classroom and where things are, as well learning our rules and routines. We will spend time building friendships with the other children in the class and looking at what makes a good friend. We will take part in lots of lovely activities to get to know you more, we cannot wait to see what you shine in and where we can help you with your learning.

You will find planning for the first half term under the 'topic' tab and an overview of the year, as well as the new starter powerpoint in the 'News' tab. Please also spend time in the homework section of the website, where you can find more information about what to expect with homework in September. You will also find a video of me explaining one of our homework systems.
We are so excited to welcome your child on their first day of school and we can't wait to work with you all over the next academic year.
