Happy New Year to you all! I hope you have had an enjoyable Christmas and are looking forward to the term ahead of us.
Our new big question for this term is What happened to Jack's Beans?
This term our main focus will be on Literacy and on story telling. We will be reading many traditional tales and finding out about the different characters. We will be looking at which characters are good and bad and whether we can change our minds, through some P4C work.
The children will also be doing lots of work on routes and will be thinking about how they get from one place to another. We will have a go at drawing simple maps and will help Little Red Riding Hood find her way to Granny's house.
