Exercise has a massive impact on your child's physical and mental health.
It is recommended that children have an hour of exercise a day. This may be difficult if you are isolated in your own home.
From Monday, Joe Wicks, a professional body coach, will be running a daily half hour PE session for children. You can access this through Youtube.

Parents are also allowed to join in too!
