We are very sad to inform you that we have had a staff bereavement in school. Mrs Kaye passed away yesterday at home after a short illness. A letter has been sent home with advice from Derbyshire County Council as to how to help support your child (see link). 

Mrs Kaye has worked at the school as Deputy Headteacher for over 15 years. During those years her dedication, passion and love for children and teaching has shone through. She will be sorely missed. 

There are trained members of staff available to the children during the school day - however should you feel your child would like more support and advice please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
