Stonebroom Primary And Nursery School

As it stands, numbers are currently lower than expected for race night - currently 36 tickets have been sold when in the last 2 years, we have had between 80 to 100 sold. This is one of 3 big days of the year for The Friends of Stonebroom (the Christmas Fair & Summer Fair being the other two) which go a considerable way to help us raise nearly £2000 a year that benefits every child. This year alone, the Friends of Stonebroom have spent nearly £900 giving each child a £5 book voucher, £1000 on the Foundation 2 outside play area, £400 on new books for the library and £300 on the coach for the leavers trip to Twinlakes - as you can imagine, our funds have taken a severe hit and we need to build it up again! So if you're free this Friday evening and can help support the event, then please come and join us and see what a fantastic team of volunteers we have whilst enjoying an action packed night of entertainment. Tickets cost £1 and come with a free hot dog. Refreshments are available to buy on the night and you are allowed to bring your own alcohol. Can't make Friday night? How about buying a horse? £1 secures buys you a horse and a chance to win a prize. If you're not there on the night, then the prize will be saved for you.
