We had a fantastic fun day celebrating World Book Day.

The children all came in their costumes, choosing either their favourite book character or a science themed costume.

This year we shared a non-fiction science based book with the children.

The Nursery children enjoyed reading books about mini-beasts and finding out facts about mini creatures! 

We made different mini-beasts using paper plates. We made butterflies, caterpillars, ladybirds, bumble bees, grass hoppers and snails.

All of the children were able to say which mini-beast was their favourite.
