Year 2 have made a cracking start to their learning this year, both in the classroom and out. Our pre-learning task for our first Big Question was to create a poster, leaflet or video telling the rest of the class some fire safety tips. The posters we created could be used by Derbyshire Fire Service because they are eye-catching and contain lots of useful information. Note to parents: Pupils have their second Reading Buddy homework task in their folder. Well done to all the pupils who completed their first and received their stamp. 

We have also stuck pupil EdShed login details into the back of their reading record. Logging onto EdShed will enable pupils to practice each spelling pattern and play some games.
