All those who attend will be entered into a prize draw raffle to win a health and wellbeing hamper, full of goodies, kindly donated by the FOS. It is full of goodies to help you relax, including bath products, face masks, hand cream, candles, tea lights, essential oils, reed diffuser, sleep aids, wellbeing drinks, chocolates, mindfulness colouring book, scalp massager, plant and more! Other freebies and advice will also be available on the day.

Come along and join the school council, who will be leading activities all week to improve our health and wellbeing. There will be various stalls with different professionals on to answer your questions and give advice regarding health and wellbeing matters. These include: CAMHS, the school nurse, our school SENDCO, Speech and Language Therapy, Live Life Better Derbyshire and David Nieper Academy pastoral and transition team.
