The children are having a fantastic first week in Elephant class!
A few notices:
- Children have been sent home tonight with their reading book. They must read it at least three times a week. Please write in their reading records, send pictures/ videos on SeeSaw to demonstrate this. When your child has read three times, they can put their book in the box outside the classroom to change. Please remind your child to do this.
- Red words will be practiced differently to in Sheep class. This will be explained in the children's phonics pet packs which they will receive tomorrow.
- SeeSaw codes will also be included in their phonics pet pack so do not worry if you have mislaid it.
- Their first Maths homework will be provided on SeeSaw tomorrow. It must be completed by next Wednesday. Please see me if you have any problems completing the homework.
- A reminder that PE is on Friday. Children need their kits available in school.
