Tuesday 22nd September we will be teaching the children how to stay safe online at Stonebroom Primary School
On Tuesday 22nd September 2020 Traci Good, who specialises in Online Safety for Derbyshire, will be delivering workshops to all our pupils from Y1 to Y6, teaching them how to stay safe online. She will then deliver a meeting to our staff, teaching them how to help our pupils stay safe online.
We have also invited Traci to deliver a workshop to parents about the amazing opportunities that the internet has to offer our children and also a look at some of the risks that our children may face and how to deal with them if they happen. Normally this would take place in school, however we are unable to offer this at the current time, therefore the meeting will take pace via 'Zoom', which means you can join from the comfort of your own home.
The workshop will be hosted using Zoom on Tuesday 22nd September at 6.30pm and the link will be circulated by school.
