Primary and secondary colours
In Art this week we have been learning all about colours. We first learnt the three primary colours- red, yellow and blue. After we experimented what colours we could make with the primary colours by overlapping pieces of cellophane. We worked out how to make orange, green and purple! Today we have then looked at a piece of Art by Jasper Johns called 'Numbers in colour' We have had a go at making our own versions of this by using the primary colour paints and then mixing them to make secondary colours too.
