Another fantastic week Koalas, we've had a very busy couple of weeks. I just want to start by saying a huge thank you to each of the Koala children for their fantastic behaviour on our trip to London, we had a great time.

Homework - A reminder about homework expectations:

Reading - Thirty minutes each week. We collect in their diaries on a Monday to see who has completed their homework. Please ensure that your child's diary has been signed by you to indicate they have read for thirty minutes each week. If they are reading and recording it themselves, that is absolutely fine but please still just acknowledge with a signature or name please.

EdShed - Your child has their login for this in their reading diaries (in the front). The new spellings are available on a Monday and they have until the following Monday to complete. We carry out a spelling test in class on a Friday as we do also look at these spellings in class.

TTRockstars - Your child has their login for this also in their diaries (in the front). Please encourage your child to complete this piece of homework as this will really help with their year four multiplication check.

Finally we are very lucky to have our Mr Pepper day on Monday 9th October 2023. This is a normal school day and normal school uniform. We will be having an Egyptian day with him, stay tuned for photographs of what we get up to.
