I just thought I would take this opportunity to remind you all of the events we have going on this week.
First of all, on THURSDAY is Future's Day at West Notts College. This event happens annually and is free to attend. The only thing the children need is a packed lunch. Please return the slip TOMORROW, as many children won't be in school until Thursday.
On TUESDAY, Tibshelf, David Nieper & St Marys all have their transition days. This means that the children going to these schools will NOT come to Stonebroom at all.
On WEDNESDAY, Tibshelf, David Nieper, St Marys & Tupton all have their transition days. Again, this means that the children going to these schools will NOT come to Stonebroom at all.
FRIDAY is a staff training day and as such, no children will be in school on that day.
As you can see, it is a very busy week for the children. For homework, they will be given reading and spelling homework tomorrow and then a small writing task on Thursday. They also need to make sure they know their lines for the play as scripts will be taken off them week commencing Monday 1st July.
